From a local estate, this chandelier dates to probably the 1940-50's from some of the research I've done.  It is brass and has 3 lights with candle sleeves.  It is intricately detailed.

The actual chandelier is 17" long top to bottom x 9 1/2" across and does not include the ceiling mount or the chain so  height can be adjusted. holds 3 chandelier bulbs.  candle sleeves intact.  It is wired but has not been checked.  There are no glass panels though you could add them if you wanted.
